Question about Taotronics TT-DL19

I have been waiting for the delivery of this item since December...I have already had 2 or 3 times contact with Galaxus and I always get the same answer: that according to the supplier I should get it in "X" weeks. How can it be that for 6 months the delivery date of this item has been postponed every 2 or 3 weeks?

The product is currently on backorder and we are currently waiting for a delivery ourselves. We follow the suppliers' instructions, but unfortunately delays can occur in such cases. We apologise for the inconvenience.
