I have been using the dock for some time now. So far everything has been top. Recently, however, the following message appears under MacOS Catalina: "USB accessory disabled...". As a result, neither the ports work nor the MacBook is charged. Sometimes this message disappears again and then it works for a few days... It also does not work when no devices are connected to the dock. Does anyone have the same problem? According to my research, the cable could be a problem. Since they are expensive, I don't want to buy a new one right away - or is this under warranty? Thank you!
