Question about i-tec Thunderbolt 3 Dual Dock

I have been using the dock for some time now. So far everything has been top. Recently, however, the following message appears under MacOS Catalina: "USB accessory disabled...". As a result, neither the ports work nor the MacBook is charged. Sometimes this message disappears again and then it works for a few days... It also does not work when no devices are connected to the dock. Does anyone have the same problem? According to my research, the cable could be a problem. Since they are expensive, I don't want to buy a new one right away - or is this under warranty? Thank you!

Could you please try to reset SMC and NVRAM? You can find it on the Apple website. If you can't find it, my colleague can send you a link / instructions if you email us.
