I have an Iphone 7 and am on IOS 13.3. While I was able to use the Beoplay E8 perfectly at the beginning, I have not been able to use them for some time now. They are connected according to the app and also according to the Iphone, but the playback does not switch from the Iphone to the Beoplay. I also hear that they are connected because the background noise reduction works. Have already tried everything... x-times deleted the device from the bluetooth devices, x-times re-downloaded/updated the app. I'm at the end of my tether....
