I have an HP ZBook Studio G3 laptop for business and was wondering if I could attach 2 of these AOC screens?

According to the specs list, the notebook has 1x HDMI and 2x Thunderbolt 3, so you would need at least one Thunderbolt 3 to Displayport cable/adapter. According to the data sheet, the monitor has the following cables enclosed:
VGA cable
HDMI cable
Displayport cable
So you could use one HDMI and one USB-C (Thunderbolt 3) - Displayport with an adapter like this one I-TEC USB C to (DP, 15cm)
