I have an Ecovacs Winbot W3 OMNI and the cable no longer retracts even though I keep the button pressed. What do I have to do?

The mechanism only has limited power. Especially if the cable is twisted and therefore loops by itself, the cable should be "untangled", then it usually works again. If nothing happens even when the cable is straight, the mechanism is probably broken.
