Question about HP USB-C-Dockingstation G5

I have an ASUS VivoBook Flip art. no. 17438459 connected to my HP G5 Universal Dock. Everything works fine so far, except that the startup messenger on the dock always stays on when the notebook is connected. So I can't start the notebook from the dock. When I switch on the notebook, I first have to disconnect it from the dock, switch it on and then reconnect it to the dock. Is there a setting I still need to make for this? Thank you for any feedback.

This button is manufacturer-specific and only works with certain HP notebooks.
Nevertheless, it should be possible to switch on the notebook when the docking station is connected.
I recommend the following:
- Firmware update of the docking station.

- BIOS update of the notebook and check in the BIOS if there are settings for the Thunderbolt port.
- Update the Intel iGPU graphics driver (seems illogical, but it has to do with the USB-C port).
