Question about XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX Edition
I have an Asus B85-Pro Gamer Motherboard Intel B85, S.1150. installed was an old Sapphire HD 5870. will XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS graphics card fit? I have a power connector with 6 pins on one connector and an additional 2 pin connector.
Thank you for the answers. Unfortunately, the current graphics card is no longer functional, so I have to look for a replacement.
According to Google, the Asus B85-Pro has a PCIe 3.0 x16 connection, so this graphics card would work with the mainboard. According to the description, the power connection is 1x 8-pin, so it should also work. The power supply should have at least 500 watts.
In general, however, I would no longer recommend this graphics card. It is simply too old and graphics cards are currently very overpriced.
Hello, the mainboard is not relevant here. PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 slots are available. The graphics card has a PCI-E 8-pin connection for power. An 80+ 400w power supply is therefore mandatory.
