Question about WiZ Panel

I have already bought two. unfortunately i have had no luck. the first one lasted two months. the second one lasted a week. i don't know if it is a fault or something else. I don't think the problem is related to the installation because I've never had this problem with other lamps and the building I live in is not old. That's why I don't buy more. I have a lamp in my kitchen of the same size but a different brand and it works without any problems.
