Question about Sony h.ear on 3 WH-H910N

I have already bought the headphones. But unfortunately I can only make phone calls with my mobile phone via the mobile phone microphone. Is there something wrong with my headphones or did I get it wrong and the built-in microphone is only intended for noice cancelling and not as a microphone for making phone calls etc.? Thank you!

Check whether all options are activated on your Bluetooth profile for your mobile phone (Android) for this device = call audio.
With Apple it should be automatically active.
But the microphone is already for talking (have a look at the videos linked to the product here ;-)).
