I have a ThinkPad T14s with ThunderB and an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10310U CPU @ 1.70GHz 2.21 GHz. If I connect the ThinkPad directly to the screen using TB, will I have full resolution? Or in other words, is the TP compatible with this screen?

Here are the specs of your CPU:

You can calculate the pixels for 4096x2304@60Hz and get approx. 9.4 million pixels.
5120x1440 results in approx. 7.3 million pixels, also at 60 Hz. So it fits. (The blurring of such a calculation is approx. 5-10%).
