Question about Verbatim USB Type-C to
I have a Surface Laptop 5 13.5'' and the cable doesn't fit me...can anyone tell me why? The description says it is Thunderbolt 3 compatible. The Surface Laptop 5 has Thunderbolt 4, but according to the internet the ports of 3 and 4 are the same. Can anyone help me? Thanks :)

woaw, embarrassing! It's sorted itself out. I just had to "mangle" the cable a bit, as the device is still brand new :)
