I have a SteelSeries Arctis Pro and would like to start streaming with the PS4 and later with the PS5. Do I need an external microphone or can I stream with my headset and also communicate in the party without problems?

You should be able to stream with the headset without any problems. But if you really want good quality, I recommend a microphone.
