I have a start-stop function with 2 12V batteries. Do both batteries have to be charged in parallel (2 CTEK) or can I charge them one after the other? Apparently both have to be full for it to work.

aren't the batteries already connected via the on-board power supply? measure the voltage of the two batteries - if they are not charged in succession. iR the support battery does not have to be charged separately.
