I have a SOony FS5 and a SELP18105G lens and a PZ 28-135 G OSS lens. Can I use this converter?

Hello, I would like to know if it is compatible between an A7 (ILCE-7K) and a Sony 70-200 F4 (G).

The converter can only be used with the SEL70200GM and the SEL100400GM.

According to Sony, there are only two compatible telephoto lenses. Namely SEL 70100 GM and 100400 GM. I myself use the former for bird pictures, which are first class.
