I have a question; I recently started using the Corsair Virtuoso. It works fine, except when I listen to something quiet like a voice or a video, it hisses in the background all the time. I hope someone can help me.

What I have noticed on my laptop, connected wirelessly, dongle on USB port of my keyboard, iCue NOT installed, no noise.

On my PC, wirelessly connected, dongle directly connected to the motherboard (USB 3.0 if I'm not mistaken), iCue installed, there is noise.

I can't get to my PC right now, but try closing the iCue software via the task manager or uninstalling it completely.

i don't think so. when i'm on a call with my colleagues, it rushes in when they talk. Question; have any of you ever had this problem? thank you for the answer.

Is it possibly the sidetone of the mic? Just switch it off in the iCue app and test it.
