Question about HORI Racing Wheel APEX PS5

i have a ps5 pro i have connected the steering wheel it works as a pad even though it only sees one controller if i disconnect the dual sense it tells me no device found but continues to work as a pad if i enter the game it tells me there is no controller connected...i can't use it
