I have a problem with this screen: the charging cable only seems to work intermittently. I haven't quite worked it out yet. Let's say I use it plugged in for a few days. Then all of a sudden, it tells me that the battery is at 10%. And I still don't get it, because it doesn't have a charge indicator. I never know when it's charging and when it's not, which is quite confusing. In any case, I disconnect it from the computer, switch it off and the next day it's charged. Have you ever had this experience?

Actually I also have problems with charging. The display should be able to transfer charging power to the laptop but doesn't, also the other way round does not work (what seems to work for Zardok2011 with the MacMini). So I always need two charging cables (1 to display and 1 to laptop) and additionally 1 for video.
But generally, my hint would also be to change cable or charger.

the battery level is displayed in the settings menu, but this menu is only displayed if there is a video signal,
the monitor is supplied with 2 usb-C cables, one rated power and the other video,
In my case, I connect it to a MacMini and only use the Video cable because the monitor is also powered by the Mac using this cable.
it's possible that your Power cable is damaged, try charging the monitor with another USB-C cable
Note that the cable marked Power does not transmit the video signal. I've just plugged my Samsung S23 into it and the screen is only activated with the cable marked Video.
