I have a problem that when I start the pc the gamedac is set to chat. However, when I unplug the headset and plug it back in, it automatically goes Gamedac(game) can anyone tell me what the problem could be?

Answer

You can configure this in the Windows sound settings.
- Right-click on the loudspeaker symbol in the taskbar next to the clock.
- Open "Sound Settings
- at the very bottom under "advanced sound settings" select app volume and device settings
- Here you can now choose for each application whether chat or game.
