I have a problem that the GPU is not connected to the monitor. I can't open the NVIDIA control panel option. Does anyone have the same problem? I really need help.

Have you also connected the monitor via DisplayPort and not via HDMI? If you can't open the NVIDIA control panel at all, then I recommend uninstalling the graphics driver (actually everything from Nvidia), restarting and then reinstalling it.
