i have a problem i have the lock on the top right and it always flashes i can no longer mute or turn the volume up and down and so can anyone help me i have looked everywhere found nothing
Press the FN + F4 keys for 5 seconds. This should reset the keyboard (factory reset). However, this will also delete the personal settings. Hope it helps.
