Question about Sense7 Nojo

The Sense7 Nojo usually switches off during height adjustment due to error mode, button lock, power or cable problems. A complete reset (hold the minus button, lower the table completely, hold again) and check all cables between the control box, motor and control unit can often help. Be sure to clear the space under the table. If operation still stops after this, there is most likely a defect in the control unit or motor and customer service is required.
