Question about Thermaltake Core P5 Tempered Glass Snow Edition

I have a new project lined up for next year. The housing fits very well. Now my question. If I connect the graphics card with the PCI-e X16 riser cable, do I have to accept a loss of performance, and if so, how much is it? Is this cable included in the scope of delivery?

A cable is included but please buy a better one. I only had problems with the included cable. (Thermaltake has a good and well-modelled riser cable available for purchase).

2:
Performance loss is zero with the separate cable. With the included cable expect at least 30% loss. And a lot of bluescreens.
