I have a lot of black and white negatives from my childhood (1950s). The format is 6 cm X 9 cm. Can I scan them individually and then print them out on the PC?
Yes, you can. if you don't need semi-professional quality, however, I would recommend the epson scanner. it is much faster and should be sufficient for "normal" prints. if you want to make 50x50cm prints, however, the Braun FS120 is certainly very good (price/performance).
Yes, that should work. There is an extra frame to scan the medium format negatives correctly.
