I have tried various connection cables (Displayport, DVI-D, VGA). According to the forum, the ThinkPad should work. I have Windows 10 and an Intel Core i5 vPro graphics card.

How should I proceed? How should I set the monitors or do I have the wrong monitor setting? Do I need to order another docking (if so, which one?)?

Personally, I could not use 2 monitors either. Per Lenovo's forum, only DP/DVI + VGA can be used, but this did not work for me in practice either. (2x 2560x1440) However, the Thunderbolt 3 hub from Lenovo worked perfectly with the monitors, but requires a TB3-compatible port (the T470s has a USB-C port on the right side).
