Question about HP G2

I have a HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-cr0xxx, when I connect the docking station G2 to my notebook nothing happens, it does not respond, what do I have to do to make it work?

This is most likely a software problem. Download the Hp SoftPaq Download Manager from the HP site and install the necessary software. It worked for me, but with a different HP model.
