Question about MSI GeForce GT 710 2GD3H

I have a H-I41-uATX (Eton) motherboard, the internal graphics card is slowly failing, now I would like to upgrade my motherboard with a msi GeForce gt 710 2gd3h, is this possible?

Possible, yes, but I don't know how useful it is:
Your Mobo: PCIe "1.0", Graka: PCIe 2.0. In principle, PCIe is downward compatible, just slower.
The graphics unit is located in the CPU at the moment (integrated graphic solution). The external graphics card may solve the current problem, but it is a matter of time before the entire CPU gives up the ghost. Of course, it could also be the components between the CPU and the VGA output, but you probably don't know that?
What about the drivers for your current OS? Do they exist?
Just a few points that might help you.
