Question about Fluke SureGrip Master accessory kit

I have a German delivery address and will import the multimeter into Switzerland. I will have the invoice stamped at German customs. Will I get the VAT refunded if I send back the stamped invoice. I am Swiss. Thank you very much for your answer.
