I have a faithful old D300 - Is the dongle 100% supported on the existing USB port side left and what is the battery behaviour/usage if known? Thanks Alexander

Hello Alexander. I used to have the WU-1b, but I have since disposed of it. Unfortunately, the connection does not fit the D300 (see https://www.nikonusa.com/en_US...). I tested the DING on the D600, but couldn't really use it. The thing is only suitable - in my view - for studio photography anyway. It is also slow in data transfer. And yes, the thing does need quite a bit of power (ideally connect the camera directly to an appropriate power supply). Greetings. Robert
