I have a Dell Inspiron 5000 7th generation laptop with 2 USB 3.0 type A, but no USB type C. Can I use the docking station with an adapter?

I think it is technically possible with a USB-C to USB-A adapter, like this one: Satechi USB 3.0 zu (USB-C, 2.74cm)

Or you can try to get a Dell DA100 USB 3.0 adapter.
