I have a Belkin wireless charging station for iphone, apple watch and airpods. Are the AirPods 4 without ANC compatible with this "MagSafe?" system?

No - unfortunately that doesn't work. I also have a Belkin charging station and can't charge the AirPod4 with it. I now always charge it with the USB-C cable.
