I have a 450L aquarium, which HAILEA product do I need to cool the water down by 3°? I have a 1400l/h pump connected

I cool a 400L aquarium with a HAILEA Ultra Titan 1500 HC500. In winter, I cool it to about 6°C at a room temperature of 21°C. A greater temperature difference would be possible. If you only want to reduce the temperature by 3°C, a smaller cooler would certainly be sufficient.
