Philips 34B2U5600C/00

I have a 10 year old HP ProBook with Intel Core I5-4210U CPU with internal Intel Graphics. This works via HDMI with 60 Hz refresh rate on an external 17" monitor with 1920x1080, but on the 4k TV with 3840x2160 only with 30 Hz refresh rate, actually no problem when working or watching TV. Now I want to buy a curved 34" monitor and tested it with a friend with moderate success - the monitor can only do 60 Hz and Intel Graphics only does 2560x1440! The Philips 34B2U5600C/00 has a mode in the manual with 3440x1440 at 29.99 Hz, which should fit, but elsewhere it says 48-100 Hz vertically, a contradiction... What is correct? Does anyone have a similar configuration and can run the full resolution of the monitor at 30 Hz vertically?
The laptop should technically be able to output a resolution of 3440x1440 at 30 Hz. However, it cannot be guaranteed that this will work, as the monitor only supports a frequency range of 48-100 Hz according to the specification. The question remains open, however, so perhaps someone from the Community can test this and provide feedback.
