I have 2 pcs Sonos Play:3 and 1 pcs Sonos Subwoofer all running on my Sonos 2 app. My question is, if I now integrate the Sonos Roam into the system as well, does the Roam connect to the other products but I can still be connected to my mobile phone via Bluetooth? So visitors could simply connect their mobile phone to my Roam via Bluetooth but the music will be played on all devices.

I don't think that works. You can either connect with Bluetooth or with Wifi.
Bluetooth cannot access the Wifi network.
