Question about Corsair Commander Pro

i have 2 commander pros and 2 corsair rgb fan hub and 9ql fans but i can't change the colours of the fans when i selected my 9 fans in the app.When I selected my 9 fans in the app and want to change the colour, the colours of the corsair rgb strips always change even though I selected the fans what could be the problem?
