Yes, the Galaxy A56 is VoLTE-enabled, so you can continue making calls after the 3G switch-off. You can find the setting under Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > VoLTE calls, where you can activate it per SIM. With some suppliers such as Telekom, VoLTE is used automatically even if the slider is not visible. Make sure that your tariffs and supplier support VoLTE.
