Question about Magnetoplan ferroscript Whiteboard

I got the ferroscript 90x120cm board, which looks great! However I am not sure how to mount it to the wall. I do not have a rail, so I will use the two hooks. How do I use the four tiny screws? Do I have to screw these into the metallic back panel? Do I have to pierce the panel first? Any help is appreciated, I couldn't find a manual online and none was included.
