Yes, it is 100 Hz and not 144, I have reported the error for correction. By the way, my tip would be a 4K UHD 3840x2160 pixel device, because with it you simply see much more picture in the height.
Unfortunately, the devices with 120 Hz are already at 600 francs :( But if it didn't have to be so many hertz, I would recommend this Philips device:
