Me too on 27 November, first I was supposed to receive it between 22 December and 3 January, then once postponed for early January, then late January, then again postponed for Today, and now Today after a message of complaint Galaxus announces me that my Portal Playstation will not be delivered before 2.3.2024 subject to a new delivery date. I am outraged. I could have got one through another seller so I really feel cheated.

Answer

We are not proud of this either and would be happy if all orders had already been delivered. However, we are always dependent on receiving announced deliveries on time and in the right quantities.
