Question about ASUS GeForce TUF RTX 3080 O10G Gaming
I don't understand it, Digitec cancelled my TUF 3080 on Friday, reason: it will no longer be delivered. But why the hell can you still order the card? 4 months waiting time and at the end you are simply thrown off the list, no alternative proposal, I had already paid. The information is absolutely terrible, I have no hope that they will notice this gross error.
The main thing is that the boss goes to the camp on Black Friday... You can see the weighting. I am completely with you. Probably one person alone manages all the technology stuff here on the homepage. I would be so happy if Digitec would put a stop to this and say "no orders accepted for the time being, as no new deliveries are expected".
If I were you, I would write to Digitec customer service.
