I don't get any sound on my headset and all the forums on the internet haven't made me any smarter how do I fix this problem, because in the volume mixer it shows the sound but nothing comes out of the headset?

Have you also set the headset as the default in the control panel?
Have you also selected the headset at the bottom right (windows10) and not the speakers?

The ICue software from Corsair also helps you to download the best drivers.

Does the headset light up?
If the headset is not lit up, it is not working or is not plugged in correctly.

Check the settings again and use a different USB slot if necessary.
