Question about Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4060 8GB GAMING OC

I currently have GeForce RTX 3060 - Intel(TM)i7-10700KF@3,80Hz - 32 GB RAM This is my current PC configuration. Is the 4060 compatible with the current components and will it significantly improve the fluidity of my simulations? For example, ETS2 is no longer fluid since the last BETA.
