Question about Sage the Barista Express

I currently have a Bialetti and am extremely happy with it. Can anyone from the community say whether the coffee is just as tasty or at least only slightly worse? I generally don't drink fully automatic coffee because I find it too watery. This may sound as if I am a connoisseur of high coffee enjoyment - but this is absolutely not true. I only find the classic Bialetti unbeatably good. :-)

While a Bialetti already produces relatively strong coffee, an espresso machine basically brews with even more pressure and thus brings out even more intense flavours and produces stronger coffee. I can only recommend the Sage Barista Express as an espresso machine. At first I had to learn how to use it. If you brew it the wrong way, an espresso can quickly become bitter or sour. But with a little practice, you quickly get a clean espresso with a good crema. The machine is also great for milk drinks. If the espresso is too strong for you, you can also make a Caffe Americano out of it. All in all, a very versatile entry-level machine with everything you need to brew coffee.

I can only speak for myself, but I personally find the coffee from the Sage very good. I always use the double filter with freshly roasted coffee and make a creamy, strong coffee. It takes a little while to get everything right for the type of coffee, but with time you quickly get the hang of it. All in all, I like Sage coffee much better than Bialetti because I think it has more aromas and substance.
