I can't set up WhatsApp. I have done a system update and everything is up to date. When I press the WhatsApp button, only the settings for SMS and MMS appear. What am I doing wrong?

Whatsapp does not work with the new device either.

Have you deleted the app and reinstalled it?
Sometimes it also helps to delete the app's catch and memory. In Android, this can be found under App Info, Memory.
