I can't log on to the MyStrom application, am I the only one? I tested on 3 different Wi-Fi networks with 3 different routers, on 3 different mobile devices too. I can see the adapters and their IP address with Fing or AdvancedIPScanner but the MyStrom app always tells me it can't find any adapters!!! Even deleted App, reset cache, etc... but nothing helps.... Do you have any idea? Solution? :-D
You don't specify if this is the first connection to a new switch... If it is, you need to connect the phone to the wifi emitted by the switch and not to an existing wifi in the house. I can't remember the name of this wifi, but it is indicated in the manual supplied in the box.
