KOmmt depends on what you want, if you have a nVidia Graka then the ASUS, if you have an AMD Graka, rather the Samsung. Also, the Samsung has a curved display with a better viewing angle if you need that. Also, the Samsung is a lot deeper, so if you're up against a wall with limited space, the Asus might be better.
