I cannot connect 2 Samsung Wireless Audio 360 R7 boxes. How can I proceed?

Sorry can't help, my R6 never worked properly.
It was a warranty case, very complicated thing with the warranty, ifos are usually only given after asking.
I would have thought the service would be better.
