I can start my new Sherpa 100AC, display is running, but no button works (triangle, hook, AC On/Off). Unfortunately, a reset did not help... Has anyone had similar experiences or a tip?

The display didn't work for me... Warranty case - approx. 2 weeks and you have a new one.
