i can no longer switch on my box the light on the switch on button is constantly on why is that?
It may have crashed. Have you already switched it off and on again?

My box sometimes hangs when I am connected to Bluetooth, for example, and don't leave anything running for a long time. To solve this, I have to press and hold the start button until it switches off and then restart normally.
