Question about Apple MagSafe charger

I can just as easily pull out the Lightning cable instead of detaching the magnet. Or am I missing something?

Then you 1. have the Lightning port free for other accessories and 2. are sure to dock faster than if you have to search for and connect the cable at night.

Anyone who uses Apple should have 50 loose, otherwise better switch to Xiaomi...
